Statements stay in the browser

Parsing uses pdf.js in your browser. The PDF is not posted to our server. After you close the tab, the file is gone unless you saved the CSV yourself. If a server step is added later (for example OCR), that version will say so on the convert page and will not keep the PDF after processing.

Quota without an account

Free use is counted in this browser's local storage. We do not ask you to create a login for the three free statements. Clearing site data clears that count.

Payments

Paid plans go through Stripe Checkout. Stripe sees your email and payment details. We store a Stripe customer id in this browser after a successful checkout so the customer portal can open. We do not store card numbers.

Layout beta reports

If Convert refuses a Westpac, ANZ, or unknown Australian statement — or the table looks wrong — you can send a stripped layout report: bank guess, page size, header labels, column positions, row counts, and date/amount shapes. That JSON is posted to this site. It does not include the PDF, payees, account numbers, BSB, names, or merchant lines. There is no PDF upload field on that flow. A valid report can unlock one 15-statement credit pack on that browser. Empty reports do not unlock. We will not email you a questionnaire from this flow. There is no live chat.

If you write to adam.t.bull@hotmail.com, we keep the email long enough to answer it. Do not send live statements to support; redact or describe the layout instead.

Analytics and chat

This version does not embed a live-chat widget and does not ship a third-party analytics tag. If that changes, this page will change first.
